SecureAIT Terms of Service
1. Introduction
This document constitutes a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) governing the terms of providing service supplied by SecureAIT, a phishing simulation and cybersecurity training software. This Agreement covers all of the services offered by SecureAIT from time to time (collectively, the “Services”).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms, do not use or access our Services.
3. Modification
We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement.
4. Services
You agree to pay all fees or charges to your Account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.
7. Payments
All content included on our software and Services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of SecureAIT and is protected by international copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit our intellectual property.
6. Intellectual Property
You agree not to misuse our Services, or help anyone else to do so. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
5. User Responsibilities
SecureAIT provides a platform to simulate phishing and other cybersecurity attacks, and provides training on how to identify and respond to such attacks. You understand and agree that these Services do not guarantee full protection against all potential cybersecurity threats.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference in this Agreement, explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SecureAIT, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
10. Termination
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Governing Law
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
12. Arbitration
You and SecureAIT agree to resolve any disputes through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SecureAIT and governs your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements between you and SecureAIT.
